Job Description:
- Data Modeling for BI platforms (Star and snowflake schemas)
- Designing flexible BI systems optimized for growth and rapid delivery
- Design and implementation of ETL processes for loading BI data models
- Planning for long-term BI needs
- Experience in product evaluation and selection
- Leading teams for on time delivery of BI solutions
- Leading Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban
- Experience working with business operations to elicit BI requirements
- Creation of BI design and development standards
- Creation of BI tools for monitoring platform performance
- Coaching of junior developers for technical growth
- Collaboration with other architects on integration of BI into application platform(s)
- Plan and implement production support for BI including team structure, triage procedures, and communication plans
- Experience with MongoDB and Graph data
